Refund policy

Returns, Defects, and Cancellations:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. In the case of initial defects, we will respond according to the description under "Defective Products" below. Please carefully review the product description before placing your order.

Defective Products:
For initial defects that occur within seven days from the date of delivery, we will provide repair or replacement.

Return Shipping Costs:
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please return it using cash on delivery.

For consumers resident in the EU or EEA:
Notwithstanding the above, if you are a consumer resident in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), you have a statutory right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Please see our "Right of Withdrawal" page for full details and how to exercise this right.
